The staff showed courtesy and high standards of cleanliness. The location offered convenience to nearby attractions. The breakfast displayed satisfactory and enjoyable selections. I appreciated the included amenities that met my expectations.
The seats in my room squeaked when used. The furniture required updating. The minor issue detracted slightly from the overall stay.

the location were perfect. it was really close to the opera house and other cool places. the breakfast buffet was excellent. there was many things to eat and all of them were delicious.
the bed wasnt great. it felt old and lumpy. the pillows was also too soft for me. they wrapped around my head and i did not sleep well. i think they need to change them.

the sauna was enjoyable it was a great way to unwind after a day exploring. the breakfast buffet offered a sensational selection i found options for all dietary needs. the room had extra high ceilings i really reminded me of i had plenty of space. historical furnishing complements the hotel's long history this added to the ambiance.
the business center computers experienced issues the printer was not working consistently this caused a slight inconvenience.

the hotel's location is excellent it is one block from the opera house. many museums and the hofburg palace complex are only two blocks away. the subway made travel to schonbrunn palace quite easy the location is very convenient.
